Who we are
The REVOL app is provided by REVOL Real Estate and REVOL Financial Group (together, “REVOL”), 443-720-7800. It is for people who have bought, sold or insured with REVOL.
What the app holds
- Your contact details: name, email, phone and mailing address, as given to your agent or producer, and any changes you make in the app.
- Your transactions with REVOL: the homes you bought or sold with us and the insurance policies we wrote, with their dates and documents (contracts, closing statements, declarations pages, ID cards).
- Documents you send us through the app.
- Requests and replies between you and your REVOL team.
- Sign-in and device information: your email for sign-in links, when you last used the app, and, if you allow notifications, an anonymous push address for your phone.
How it is used
To show you your own records, to let your REVOL team respond to you, and to send you notifications you have asked for. News notifications can be switched off under Profile. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
You, and the REVOL team members who work with you: your agent, loan officer or insurance producer, and REVOL administrators. Documents are stored in a private bucket; every view and download is logged. Our hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase, Expo for notifications, Resend for email) process data on our behalf under their own agreements and do not use it for their own purposes.
Deleting your account
Profile → Delete my account removes your sign-in and your phones from the app immediately. REVOL keeps the record of your transaction, as it is required to by real estate and insurance regulations, the same as a paper file. To ask about that record, contact your agent or call 443-720-7800.
Children
The app is for adults who have done business with REVOL. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
